"Working with Chad & JTS has truly been a rewarding experience as an athlete. I started working with Chad having never competed before but at the time had some decent “gym PRs” of 550s/375b/655dl @ 231/105kg. I’ll never forget finishing my very first hypertrophy block when I squatted 505×6 and thinking to myself “wow, I never thought I’d ever be capable of squatting that much for reps.” 2-3 months of training later I squatted 615 in training and went 1685 (600/385/700) at nationals. Fast forward to the training directly following nationals, I squatted 505×10, 540×8, 651×1, benched 391×3, 403×2, and deadlifted 681×3. “I have been working with Juggernaut since July of 2015. Prior to that, I was self taught and achieved a 2215 raw w wraps total. Under Juggernaut for only a short 6 months, I totaled 2303 at the American Cup 2016. Since then I recently have totaled 2242 in just sleeves. "I have been a fan of Juggernaut since 2012 from following his online work so I was very thrilled when Chad became my coach in May of 2014. He possesses attributes that makes a great coach but I think the one that really resonated with me was recognizing and improving the weaknesses of his athletes. For example, I had several meets where my total was negatively affected due to my deadlift. He noticed that my issue was not so much strength as it was mental. His solution was then for me to spend majority of my training time deadlifting at relative lighter intensities so that I could build up my confidence. This approach definitely paid dividends as I was able to break the 242 raw (sleeves) All-Time Total World Record in September 2016 while pulling my all time best of 766 lbs. Since working with Juggernaut, my competitive raw squat also improved from 705 to 793 lbs and my raw total increased from 1940 to 2099 lbs."
“I started following the Juggernaut Club WL Program 12 weeks before the 2016 American Open. With the help of coach Max Aita as well as the other members of the Juggernaut team, my lifts significantly improved both in actual numbers, but more importantly consistency. I had my best national meet at the AO with a PR total and Snatch.
