Juggernaut’s Club Powerlifting Coaching is an ongoing 3 or 5 Day/Week training plan designed by Chad Wesley Smith. This program is a great fit for Beginner and Intermediate lifters (less than 5 years of experience) to guide them through Phasic Training for improved muscle size, strength and technique. Team Powerlifting Coaching is well suited for the athlete looking for a more customized approach to their training. Chad Wesley Smith has created multiple training programs tailored to different Goals, Gender, Experience, Size and Strength levels to help pair you with a program that is  best suited to your needs. 1 on 1 Powerlifting Coaching is our highest level coaching available. You and your experienced and capable Juggernaut Coach will work together to create a customized program to fit your needs. Your coach will be there every step of the way to help improve your technique, tweak your program and guide your progress.



Look Strong, Be Strong. Juggernaut’s Powerbuilding Coaching is hypertrophy-biased powerlifting training to help you build an impressive physique while building strength in the Squat, Bench and Deadlift. Powerbuilding Coaching is lead by World Record Holder Marisa Inda.
